About Amara
Teacher, student, and lifelong beginner.
I found meditation the way many people do: worn thin, sceptical, and quietly hoping something would help. Twenty years later, teaching is how I say thank you. My work draws on mindfulness and gentle movement, held in plain language and an unhurried pace.
You do not need to be flexible, spiritual or experienced to practise with me. You only need a few minutes and a willingness to sit with yourself kindly. Everything else, we build together.
