Questions, answered gently

I have never meditated. Can I still come?

Yes, warmly. Most students arrive with no experience at all. Every class is guided from the first breath, and there is nothing to get right.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes and yourself. Cushions and blankets are provided in the studio; online, an ordinary chair is perfectly fine.

Do you offer concessions?

Yes. A number of places in every class are held at half price. Just mention it when you book; no explanation is ever needed.

Is this religious?

No. The practices have old roots and I honour them, but classes are secular and open to everyone, whatever you believe.

Ready when you are

Your first class is free, and the kettle is always on.
